Order Fulfillment:

Please allow 2–5 business days for order fulfillment before shipping.  

Estimated Delivery Times:

Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping options:
    •    United States: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
    •    Canada: 2–6 business days after fulfillment
    •    Australia: 2–5 business days after fulfillment
    •    International: 5–15 business days after fulfillment  

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control.  

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on a flat-rate pricing model

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update.

Shipping Origins:

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from facilities located worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia. The fulfillment center is selected closest to your shipping address to ensure timely delivery.  

Customs and Import Taxes:

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.  

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please:
    1.    Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
    2.    Contact your local postal service or courier for any delivery issues.
